SIGN-UP INFO IS HERE!

THERE ARE THREE WAYS FOR YOU TO SIGN UP:

1. YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR THE 2010 SEASON IN PERSON AT BELLEVUE BOWL, 785 W BELLEVUE RD, ATWATER, CA 95301 ON WEEKENDS STARTING DECEMBER 6, 2009 AND CONTINUING THRU FEBRUARY 7, 2010 FROM 11:00AM - 3:00PM. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, CREDIT CARDS AND MONEYS ORDERS ONLY AT THIS TIME. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAVE A LITTLE TIME YOU CAN PRINT THE FORM BELOW, FILL IT OUT AT HOME AND BRING IT IN READY TO GO. WE WILL OF COURSE BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE AT TIME OR YOU CAN CALL OUR HOTLINE AT (209)385-5965.

2. PRINT THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW, FILL IT OUT AND PLACE IT IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE REGISTRATION FEE AND DROP IT OFF DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AT EITHER OF THE TWO LOCATIONS LOCATED BELOW. BOTH OF THEM WILL HAVE A DROP BOX LOXATED AT THIER FRONT COUNTERS.

$50 TeeBall (Coed Ages 4 1/2, 5, & 6)
$55 Jets Baseball (Boys Ages 7 & 8)
$55 Minnies Softball (Girls Ages 7 & 8)
$55 Minors Baseball (Boys Ages 9 & 10)
$55 Minors Softball (Girls Ages 9 & 10)
$55 Majors Baseball (Boys Ages 11, 12,&13)
$55 Majors Softball (Girls Ages 11, 12, & 13)
$55Ponies Baseball (Boys Ages 14, 15, & 16)
$55 Fillies Softball (Girls Ages 14, 15 & 16)

Baseball age brackets are determined by the actual age of the player as of May 1 of the current playing season/year.
Softball age brackets are determined by the actual age of the player as of January 1 of the current playing season/year.
Please remember to bring a copy of the palyers Birth certificate.
