Hello, my name is Phil Martinez. I am dedicated to bringing you the most up to date information on how to better run your team. This is not an easy task, and i acknowledge that, but I have faith that many of my readers will feel inspired to help with this great task. Baseball is an american classic, mixing stratagem and athletic prowess, baseball is without a doubt a worldwide sensation. Like many of my readers I developed a love of baseball at a very young age. Growing up in a small town did not dictate many advantages but the advantages it did mandate where great. One such advantage was a fondness for sports and baseball in particular. Small towns tend to be very closely knit and as a result it was practically unavoidable that I got involved with the great sport. However a love of baseball is not enough to run a team one needs to know their players strengths and weaknesses, as well as the training regimens needed to improve in those areas. All craftsmen need their tools, and that principle applies to teaching baseball when considering a new piece of equipment. Equipment is as important as training exercises; a team should never be forced to play with broken or outdated equipment . Picking equipment and training regimens can be a difficult task as it requires a large amount of time diagnosing the weaknesses, let alone finding the perfect training method to polish the players skills up.
I started this blog to help coaches find the perfect training regimen for their team. I know from firsthand experience that this is often a headache waiting to happen; despite hours of research and in some cases shopping the training exercises picked can still be ineffective. Nobody likes wasting their time, that believe is the reason I started this blog; I understand that my readers don’t have all the time in the world to do research so I make it easier by giving them access to all the information they need in one easy to find place. From this website my readers will be able to learn all about the new practices and equipment to take their team to the next level without having to do all of the research on their own.
Throughout this website I will be reviewing varying styles of training and equipment practices in order to best cater to my readers needs. This is a tremendous task for one person to undertake and I would appreciate any suggestions on articles, products, or practices that you feel I should look into you can contact me here.
